3 million passangers by Malév, Hungarian Airlines: The 3rd million passanger was registred on a Malév flight on the 23rd December. The scheduled air traffic increased by 9% and the turnover of scheduled air traffic increased by 13% by Malév, versus last year. The highest number of passengers of the official airline company of Hungary travelled to Western Europe, but the traffic of the Middle- and East-European journeys have developed the most dinamically. The interest for the North-Atlantic flights was also high, these have been working with 79% occupancy in the first 11 months of the year. The most popular cities from Budapest were Amsterdam, London and Bucharest.
