Hilton sale of Scandic Hotels // 03/10/2007
Hilton has sold the Scandic Hotels chain for 1,1 million dollars; the Hilton Hotels Corp. has come to an understanding with the EQT european investment company about the selling of the Scandic Hotels chaine for 1,1 million dollars. Hilton is planning to sell other parts of its tourism business, since the company would like to focus of the operation of their hotels. This transaction will be closed in April, 2007.
