The Estonian parliament accepted the law of the defence of the military graves on wednesday, this provides opportunity to break down several soviet monuments from the II. world war. Andrus Ansip, the head of the gouvernement believes that this new law realizes the possibility to break down the monument of Tallinns centre. This monument was built by soviet soldiers who emancipated Estonia from Hitlers invasion.
