Increase in the figures of Budapest Airport in February. Budapest Airport has served 473.852 passengers in February, 1,8% more than in the same period last year. The passenger traffic of the Budapest Airport has achieved 8.275 million, which means an increase of 3,1% with respect to last year. The passengers' number of the traditional airlines has grown by 5,5% but at the low-cost airlines there was a decline of 6,1%, and the passenger traffic of the charters has decreased significantly as well. These yearly data probably could have been influenced by the growing traffic of the countryside airports of Hungary.
